My Dell charger recently died suddenly.The major retailer where I bought the computer wasn't very helpful Dell were excellent
and dispatched a replacement immediately under warranty.I spent a few hours researching prices as I was going to keep a spare
and not get lumbered as I just had been.Amazon as usual provided the best alternative. The charger works perfectly it's a genuine part I can verify this as it's identical to the warranty replacement item I recieved the same day.I know some of these chargers don't last very long I expected longer than 11 months from mine as I wouldn't be a constant user however at the price I paid for this item I won't worry about having to replace it .In fact at roughly quarter of the R.R.P I intend buying more spares. Thanks Amazon.

I ordered a charger through Amazon. And it arrived within a week and works fine. My only slight criticism would be the packaging. When dispatching fragile electrical equipment via post I think it would be wiser to use postal bags that offer good protection. Anyway the charger works. Good Job!
