I had no problem with the tray…that is a worthless thing to feature haha. Other than that..this computer is pretty decent.

never buy more than what you need because the specs always gets better and cheaper. New models comes out almost every 6 months.
how do you get to the webcam? i can’t use mine.
whats the difference btwn dv3, dv4, dv5,dv6,dv7….? Does the higher the number, mean the better laptop?
