Is it possible to upgrade a HP Pavilion Slimline?

I want a gaming computer for Christmas, but my Dad insists on upgrading my video card for my HP Pavilion Slimline which isn’t very good for gaming at the moment. It is incredibly small and I don’t think it’s possible, is it? The model is HP Pavilion Slimline s3644uk.

Low profile bracket and a 9800GT. Oh and pull out the crappy single core AMD Sempron for a AMD Athlon II dual core.
