Better than it's more expensive brother.

Hi. I just got my Wave keyboard and I'm extremely impressed. I've been struggling with a G15 for two months and just couldn't get on with it. The keys seemed to be leftward leaning and I kept pressing the one to the right-t instead of y for example.
The Wave is just perfect and the keys seem to be ideally laid out for me.
Perhaps I should point out that I'm not a touch typist. In fact I'm a rubbbish typist but I learnt my hunt and peck technique on a, now defunct, MS Natural so perhaps that's why I like this. It feels even better in terms of ergonomics,it's not so extreme.
Another pro for the Wave is the build quality. The whole chassis feels substantial and the finish and plastics used make it look really good.
In fact it looks and feels a more expensive product than the G15 which is odd considering that's Logitech's Gaming flagship.
I'd recommend this to anyone and I don't think it too dramatically different from a straight keyboard for someone used to one of those to get used to.

Fantastic Keyboard - Extremely Comfy

I originally got this keyboard for work about 6 months ago. I type all day & started to suffer aching pains in my hands with my old keyboard which did not have a wrist rest. I now have purchased a second one for at home as I prefer the shape so much more to standard keyboards.

The wave is a little odd at first, but is something you should quickly adapt to (although it will take a day or so to be as comfortable with it as a regular keyboard so give it chance!). I have found the shape to be extremely confortable & nicer to use once adjusted.

The buttons feel extremely light, are quiet & easy to press, but sturdy and well-built with a high-quality finish. This along with the padded wrist rest and ergonomic design make it a joy to use. I haven't had any typing-related aches and pains since getting this keyboard.

All-in-all I'm extremely impressed & recommend it as a purchase.
Absolutely fantastic keyboard

I'm so glad I bought this keyboard - I was torn between this and the microsoft ergnomic one, but I felt that one was too far removed from the standard keyboard layout so I chose the Logitech. It's brilliant, so comfortable, firm keys, not noisy and the wave shape is very comfortable. I definitely won't be going back to my old keyboard.

It's also durable - I took it in a backpack to Thailand as checked-in luggage and it came out completely unscathed. Highly recommended.
Excellent Keyboard

This is a great keyboard. After having battled with a couple of sub tenner keyboards for a while I decided to part with the cash for the Wave.

It was money well spent. It is above all else comfortable and quiet. It feels solidly made. I like the wrist rest and the key positioning which takes all of about 10 minutes to get used to, now I can not imagine going back.

The only negative I can think of is that it isnt particularly pretty. Honestly its fairly huge. But I suppose if you added a wrist rest to the bottom of any keyboard it would make it much bigger. If you are a minimalistic type then this keyboard probably is not for you. But if you spend hours at the computer like I do, then comfort goes over looks any day of the week.

It's surprising how many people buy mice and keyboards as afterthoughts, spending as little money as possible. When these are the two things we have the most interaction with when using a computer.

If you are thinking of buying a new keyboard then don't bother to look anywhere else, a great buy.
Survives liquid spills with ease

This is a great ergonomic keyboard - my arms suffer if I have to use laptop or conventional keyboards for a prolonged period of time, and the Wave arrangement prevents those problems for me. Give yourself time to adjust to the keyboard - it originally took me about 2 weeks to settle in with it after coming from a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard.

After owning this keyboard for about 2 years now, I felt I had to write this review after subjecting mine to an ugly incident last week. I spilt fruit juice all over my desk and floor - and quite a substantial amount of it onto the keyboard. I unplugged it and turned it upside down for an hour and figured I'd be buying a new one later in the day. I've spilt liquid over my Microsoft keyboards in the past and it's always been a death sentence. Surprisingly when I did plug it back in, all the keys worked! I was able to spend the rest of the day typing as normal. The next day the fruit juice had dried under the keys and about 10 of them were badly stuck. I figured that was the end, but not willing to give up so easily, I decided to risk using some leverage to pry off the bad keys and try to clean the keyboard. What I saw next was a big surprise - not only did the keys come off easily, but each key is placed inside a raised slot that prevents liquid seeping into the electronics. I cleaned off the juice with vinegar, put the keys back and now my keyboard is as good as new!

So a big thumbs up goes to the Logitech engineers for creating such a tough keyboard - I would never have imagined given the low price.
